Unfortunately three pulled out early due to ache and pains Fortunately 12 of us had an old fashioned friendly match towards the end of training - great fun

Hi Gill, please feel free to come along, our volleyball sessions are open to ALL levels - whatever your interest in volleyball we can find a spot for you here, and help you to gain more knowledge and skill in playing volleyball. It normally lasts upto two hours with some skill trainings followed by an hour of friendly matches.

we have finally reformed our first team for the season with league matches under way in a couple of weeks...

Thanks to Nick we've worked on some basics this week, passing and setting... 14 players were in the training this week
